    Plump babe getting some action

Ok, my real question: Is VERIO bandwidth Tier 1?

I need to know. Candid said it's not, and that if I want proof, I should call ATT or UUNET. But some providers say it is. So I'm confused. What really IS Tier1? Is Verio a second rated Tier1? Is verio worse that att or uunet? Does it matter?

    Oh the questions I have.

Show me the plump babe, and if she's good, I might post an answer.

Verio is a full tier one provider. They are the only data only tier one provider. All other providers, as far as I know, have voice-over data, which takes priority in most cases, as most of the other tier one providers sell pipe to phone companies or are phone companies

Yes and Yes. There is no definition that is acceptable by everyone of what Tier 1 is so I can not answer your main question but what I can say with certainty is that there are many providers that are much better than Verio, and are in a better financial situation.
          Does anyone look down here?
