    Recommend me a designer/design studio

    I need one with lots of examples.. Working ones prefered.
    Also they need to deliver the design fully in HTML with div's and css
    And most important available for chatting on icq / messenger as it will be a pretty custom job.. Not the average tour pages or NATS skin.
