You're missing the point. So I'll repeat the question:
If someone says "I don't believe in aliens", does that mean aliens don't exist? Or does it mean it is simply their belief that aliens don't exist?
And, BTW, nobody in the world is insane enough to believe or say they have seen God. The same can't be said of people claiming to see aliens.
