15 pics and a full scene are not even close to the same thing. One makes one want to join to see more, the other is a call for tissues and lotion.

Fully agree with this. Which is also why mgp's were effective since they gave about 1 min of action broken up which got them teased good but frustrated them as well. Give someone a 30 min clip and they end up not watching the last 20 min since they already blew their load. Hard to get impulse joins when the explosion has already happened.
Of course I do agree the argument for TGPS when they came in was we were starting to give to much free porn away. From 10 to 12 to 15 pics required. Then the demands of the tgp owners to get bigger and crisper photos so they were members area quality. the new biz model will be producers creating exclusive content for tube sites, and using the tube traffic to upsell to personals and live webcams... it's the logical conclusion to the timeline going on here.
I'm starting on my own 100% exclusive content tube site now before it's too late.. spend a few million on exclusive scenes, $50 on a tube script, and sit back and watch the AFF/Fling sales come rolling in.. bingo!

It would help if the surfer got bored to tears looking at the same FHG's and decided that they might have to buy a membership to get some new stuff. Some places seem to have 9 million photo/video galleries and on top of that many tgps archive every link ever sent to them by every program - thats a lot of unnecessarily free product IMO.
Anyone ever thought of trimming down a a bit on whats given away. Surely shit from 3 years ago doesn't need to be available still.Comment
