Well, there is the crux of the question. I could say that the moon is made of green cheese, its fact, I don't have to prove it because I said so.
Like I said, I am an atheist, I do not believe in god, I cannot prove there is no god, no-one can, no-one can prove that there is a god, and if you cannot prove something then it is a belief, to say that you don't have to is the same argument that believers say.
