In fact, use logic: each program who really shave so much will lose most or all the affiliates, as they compare with the higher sales/conversions of other programs who do not shave. No one uses one program once and for life, there is competition and free choice enough, I don't see a monopoly where you can choice only one program per niche, so he can do as he wishes. Let's say every program shave 50%: but then even one program who does not shave, would show double the conversions/earnings. As result, every affiliate would end up using it, and dropping all the others. I am not seeing this happening, people try a little of every program. In a competitive market, it is not logic to believe every program can shave and do well like others, they would be outperformed by even the only one not shaving as it existed.
