Does epass automatically send you a new card when the old one expires?

    Does epass automatically send you a new card when the old one expires?

    Or is there something you have to do to get one?
    you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

                  If the card is good through 03/08 it means the card will work until March 31st.
                  We will automatically send a new card in the beginning of March and the new card works from April 1st.

                                  Actually I was charged for one last year and I didn't want it. I then contacted Michael and he told me he would put in the request that I won't be getting anymore cards.

                                  Come to think of it, I never received my new card from last year. LOL

                                      what if there is no money in the account at the time when you charge the $35 bucks for a new one? Just take off $35 next time money is deposited?

                                              I made a decision to never use the card again (I was swiping the fucking thing all over the place, spendingWAY too much because I knew it was there lol!)

                                              So I cut the card up... and the NEXT DAY they charged me $35 for a renewal! And a new one was in the mail!!!! (Pure coincidence.)

                                              Epass mail support is the WORST ever, but at least you can sit on hold for a half hour and get it taken care of. They canceled the card and refunded the fee. in a left handed kind of way :P
