They only have 2 million people. Mostly Native American and hispanics. And Mother Jones says they are a big "welfare state" getting 2.63 dollars for every dollar that their citizens pay in taxes.

So New Mexico...the giant horrible welfare state gets a total of 5.26 million dollars a year from the federal govt.
