I took the carb down and cleaned the hell out of everything inside and all of the little passage ways.. I changed the plug and the air filter.... It's a Model 16048 with the Tecumseh and it looks like it's about 6.5hp

The gas is fresh, I cleaned the tank and the lines, I ran a little alcohol through everything in case it had water in it.. The o rings look good.. the oil ain't overfilled
