First you need to check if there is a spark, you can do that by holding the spark plug cable as closer as you can to the spark plug with out touching it and having someone pull the cord and see if there is a spark, if there is, then hook the plug back up and take the air filter off and shoot a blast of starter fluid down it and see if it starts, if it does, you have a fuel problem

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
