Always ask yourself QUESTION #1 when things don't work.

What am I trying to sell?

What are you selling on that gallery? Rectal Rooters? Think about that for a sec.

How many guys out there want to pull out a credit card to subscribe for rectal rooter pictures?

Do you see my point. I'm not knocking rectal rooter or the niche. There is a market. I'm just pointing out here always take what you're trying to sell and look in the mirror with it. That is a tightly focused niche with very limited potential subscribers in relation to other more popular niches like Amateurs, Blowjobs, Big Tits, etc.

Sell what has the most potential customers. That'll throw the odds in your favor for greater conversions.

Always think like you're selling on a table at a flea market / swap meet because that is what the Net is like. What would sell more Levi's jeans or ballerina tights at your booth? Selling is a very simple process. You're looking to market what people want to buy. So if you're just starting out you can't afford to sell specialty items yet. Bank some money selling jeans first. Everyone wears them and wants them. You can pitch the ballerina tights down the road.
