I don't think he really made much of a secret that he's a Brit. You can tell by the way he talks to other Brits here.
He also doesn't make a secret of the fact he doesn't necessarily believe all the totally ridiculous shit he posts (absolutely nobody seriously believes Kubrick filmed the moon landing for Christ's sake), he just does it for thread/sig views.
