I say that there are simply top level programmers (who can implement any idea, you tell it and they program it) and there are top level programmers who also generate their own ideas.
If programmer does not generate ideas it does not make them NOT top level. Quality of programmer is all about how good he can turn ideas into code, not if he can generate his own ideas.

No, I'm just saying 99% of top level programmers are either hired or are working on their own shit. They are certainly not looking for a job here. And making way more then 100k a year. You guys act like 100k a year is a ton of cash. Its called breaking even for a family of 4
