If you want something simple where you can auto-embed videos from redtube, etc, then I can recommend smutnode.com
If you want more flexibility, then go with us. You can upload your own videos or embed sponsor hosted FLV's via our sponsor module. Currently it holds more than 100,000 videos. You can do this by a niche drilldown system that works fairly well. (Edit: And naturally all these videos come with your affiliate code).
But again, we are in beta. If you want something that's 100% bug free, wait until the beta sign is removed from the logo or keep your eyes peeled for an announcement in the "media".
