YourMembers would be fantastic if it worked! Does anyone actually have YourMembers and Zombaio passing data reliably? My interface has deteriorated to the extent that I have to constantly activate members manually. It seems the link is dropping data in 'Extra' field, so some users come up as 'Unknown' as the membership package is missing. So-called Premium Support have got nowhere in over two months and they suspect it affects all users. Meanwhile, a couple of key staff have left, their telephone number has been removed from the site and the support forum has been "undergoing maintenance" for over a week...

I'm wondering if I need a proper grown up solution or whether there's another Wordpress plugin that I could use instead with Zombaio that won't involve a massive amount of work? Whilst I have around 6,000 registered members, I have only a handful of paying members with full access to the more bandwidth hungry material.

I currently only have 4 lengths of paid membership (full access), free members (limited access) and unregistered who have even less access. The only extra code used is the [private] tags either side of protected content.

Suggestions for a reliable solution, ideally with Zombaio integration, most welcome.
