Double check that you entered load-xxxxx ( xxxxx being your account /username ) in the comments section of Paxum, "exactly" as you see it here ( as requested through add funds when Paxum is chosen ) when you made payment. If this is the issue, you may need their accounts person to match the payment to you, perhaps during their business hours.
