Someone signed up for $50 today, 3 months at once. The processing fee was 18.10. Gimme a break. And Friday I had $15 taken away but there is no charge back. I emailed asking why but no one got back with me.

This is a problem with how NATS calculates the cancellation discount membership option. Here's their response to the problem:

Unfortunately this is a problem that we cannot do much about. The problem is this, a member signed up through epoch, got rebilled once and for the second rebill, he wanted to cancel, but was offered a discount price from epoch and he elected to stay. Unfortunately nats does not support join options like that (with 3 or more different prices). The transaction is still recordd and the correct amount gets credited to the reseller. The bug comes into play when displaying stats to affiliates in the breakdown format that you chose. What happens is that the transaction amount that is pulled up is incorrect. In this case it is 29.95 displayed for the rebill instead of 9.95 (the real transaction amount). That in turn causes the Gross Income and Processing/Credits/Chargebacks to display incorrect amounts. The affiliate payout is correct (64.81). We will look into resolving this issue in one of the future updates. Please let me know if yuo have further questions regarding this.
