Also, the big picture is that out of 389 sales you have only 4 active members. This could be for many reasons, but without further info my guess is their site is like the worse ever.

In short: High CTR, low sales, extremely low rebills, high chargebacks.... either this is the worst site ever or the way you're promoting the site has something to do with it. Again, no idea how are you promoting the site, but these stat figures are typical from Asian chat room sales or sales coming with a promise of something that isn't delivered. Not saying you're doing this, just that it reminds me to that
