I expect her to do her share... whatever that entails.
Currently: I take out the trash, bring in the mail, maintain the vehicles (change oil, etc), balance the budget, and take care of the plants.
Currently: She does the laundry, vacuums, and mends clothing.
We pretty much split the remainder of the household chores 50/50.... including cooking.-D.

No, I don't think the guy should do all the cooking.
It should either be split 50/50 or if both parties dont cook they should order out and split the bill 50/50 in half to the penny. Split even the penny if you have to.

I rather handle the cooking, she can do baking all she wants though. For housework we are split in an uneven fashion, she typically gets more than I do and she also does more in the yard that is not directly related to the garden.
She does know how to cook though and is more than willing to if I am not up for it or am feeling under the weather.
Lately we have been cooking a lot together, not sure why but it happened and we just keep on doing it.
I just personally love to cook so it does not feel like a chore to me.Comment
