Currently we are offering rebilling in UK for SMS and Russia without recurring.
Our SMS billing and our phone billing platform is actually the same, just 1 link code needed.
We are in the progress of adding some very interesting countries as well where we would be able to do rebilling in multiple places as well.
The way it works is rather simple, the user see a number to send the text to, a pin code to submit, once the pin code have been submitted access will be granted to the customer for the period of time you set in our control panel

Our NCC micropayment solution allows you to bill surfers either by premium SMS and one shot phone call, in more than 60 countries.

The process is similar to the one described before. The end user sends a text message ( or make a short phone call, depending on the country). He receives a pin that he has to introduce in our payment iframe. If the pin is correct, we grant him an access to your content (media or private area). You decide the duration of the access, or the number of use of the pin.
You can also use our affiliation platform. Your affiliates will have their own stats interface, and you will make money on all their sales.
You can decide if you or we pay them (We pay them each 15 days, by wire transfer or epassporte)
NCC Micropayment is also integrated into NATS and MPA3.

Correct. Now you really can't. I think this they changed it September last year. You can use these guys for that now. Rocksolid, paying every week, highest payouts I am aware of. Some countries need manual approval but it does not take long.
