Looks good to me, very slick design and nice looking thumbs.
Wish the background were offset more (diagonal, etc.).
Top niches could be graphical buttons or graphical menu.
All fonts should be the same face (all Times New Roman, all Arial, all Verdana).
Lots of Banners / Hardlinks.. any way to clean this up some?

regarding the banners and links I think it cannot be possible, it would not be fair if I delete them. Will make a house clean though, will check who is not linking to me...

Top of the site Looks nice but you could line the thumbs up with the headers/text. The bottom looks tatty with the banners all over the place..just my own opinion though.
You should get clickthrucash on the site and make some easy ppc money $0.05 per click...see my siggyComment

You could either put them in a toplist as CaptainHowdy said or even put them in a table just to neaten them up Or just have a text with "BEST FREINDS or LINKS or THE CHOSEN ONES" something like that at the bottom or top of your page and link it to another page with all the banners on it oralready going with clickthrucash, but on some internal pages. Going good with it and thinking on putting some of the links on the index.

Overall its nice, although the bottom looks very messy. Also I would change all the hardlinks the bottom to a toplist maybe. Also try and fill up your left hard area maybe with thumbs for each niche.
