          most of the world actually wanted nothing to do with the USA and had this crazy idea of actually controlling their own resources...

          but the US government had other plans...america would not be so grand if it let others have what actually belonged to them

          now a few people in the USA have 10-20 extra yachts... and the rest of the world is pretty much under US economic or military occupation....you cant tell the USA to go home, they wont, so its fair to call it occupation...

                  The United States has done some pretty stupid shit. The 1950s and the 1960s were fucking awesome and full of this kind of stuff.

                  It's easy to understand why too. The United States was tired of dealing in wars it got dragged into, and wanted to influence other countries for various reasons without sending in the military.
