Playboy Webmasters one year stats

I already explained I've got a trouble with Playboy sales from mid January.
After a few months, it's getting worse and worse.
Looks like there's no reason I continue trying to build a new gallery each day on my playmate site : http://www.a-tribute-to.com/playmates/
So, sorry Manwin, I will focus my work on my new blog now : http://www.great-babes.net/blog/
Here is the screen copy of my stats. April stats are the worse one and I'm afraid it will continue...

Wow you been hit well hard with rebills along with sales, but i wouldn't of expect rebills to go down to 4

Here are my ratios over the same period, for me personally there hasn't been a major trend, a bit up, bit down, bit up again etc.

Smart Fred, do you remember the date when the CyberClub become inaccessible? I wonder if it is linked with that, as I think a lot of people were still joining to view stuff from the Cyber Club, which used to be concurrently available with Playboy Plus.

Difficult to say cause, first the url of the cyberclub changed, then the search tool in the cyberclub stops working making the old cyberclub harder to use for long time members and it seems from a few weeks the url redirect to Playboy Plus so the cyberclub is gone forever.

As a member of Playboy Fan Forum, I read a lot of members for years cancelled their subscription unhappy on how the new members area was.
My main concern is the quality of the pictures. There was improvements since april 2012 but there's still alot of pictorials that are not with the former Playboy quality.
So from June 2012 I reduced a lot the use of revshare and keep focused on the PPS.

That really sucks, I remember Nurgle doing pretty well with Playboy, I promoted it when I worked there and did pretty good with PlayboyPlus.com.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

It looks pretty bad. I think I caught where you said you switched mainly to PPS in June last year so I guess that might explain in part the crappy rebills? You know that the rebills you are still seeing are very old and most have fallen off since new joins are PPS. If it isn't the case and you are sending that many joins and still only getting 4-5-6 rebills a month or when the refunds and CBs almost exceed the rebills I would say it's time to run like hell from the program and anything else they own.

The refunds sucks too.
Yesterday I've checked my CCBill stats. I got one chargeback for $4880 earned for all year.
With PB I got 1 refunds for each $685 earned, 8x times more than with the CCBill programs I use on my other sites. Hopefully, not all refunds are deducted from my income.

Yeah, it sucks when you see a negative in your account because they refunded someone for 4 months because they say they never made the purchase.

well, these are strange stats, I don't know how are you promoting this, but all the data in these stats calls my attention. First of all, let me say I was out of business for more than a year and now I'm off from adult, so don't know if things have changed this much, but I find strange that you have 1:200 submits to join ratio. When I was actively promoting programs, my submit to join was usually 1:2, something like 1:5 would be an alarm, let alone 1:200. Again, maybe things changed in an unbelievable way.

You have some very high CTR, yet it doesn't translate to sales, really strange

Also, the big picture is that out of 389 sales you have only 4 active members. This could be for many reasons, but without further info my guess is their site is like the worse ever.

In short: High CTR, low sales, extremely low rebills, high chargebacks.... either this is the worst site ever or the way you're promoting the site has something to do with it. Again, no idea how are you promoting the site, but these stat figures are typical from Asian chat room sales or sales coming with a promise of something that isn't delivered. Not saying you're doing this, just that it reminds me to that

for me the drop in sales was related to them dropping the cyberclub. also the join process is completely different now, which is probably why the join hits to joins ratio has dropped. before it was a one-click upsell cart. now its set up like any other porn site.

before the management switch, Playboy had a nice setup and cyberclub was a top seller, ie very easy to convert. now they only have Plus, TV, and Mobile.

if you are looking for reasons, i'd start at these two things..

I promote mainly from http://www.a-tribute-to.com/playmates.php and http://www.a-tribute-to.com/playmates/, a TGP and a Blog linking to the same Homemade galleries.
I mainly use PPS from may-june 2012 so active members drop is normal.
If the submit to join is bad is that their tours have only one page .
But such tours was converting fine for me before 22 january 2013.
