    Paying for MSN

    Is there a extra service that MSN charges for?
    A freind just told me that when she signed up for MSN it charged her a fee of $13.00
    Did she get scamed?

      there are premium plugins available to charge through local billingsystems in Europe, but for the messenger itself no theres no charge

          yes they have extra services they chrge for. Most which can be had for free.

                              Yes they have had it for years. I had it when I first got on the internet back in 2000. They just don't advertise it much anymore.

                                          HAHA.. funny cause i actually got an email today from someone ..forwarding it to "save" their MSN account .. said something about there being only 578 MSN accounts left on the docket ... and that you would have to forward the mail to 18 people to save your account from being deleted .. maybe there is some validity to it .. personally i just deleted it as spam and another one of those retarded chain letters ..
