this this 1st time I've heard that and this product, to me, appears like a scam.. 1st of all, it will fall out during the night and that's a guarantee. Also, it's highly doubtful that it will help anything.

I'll bet that women will watch the commercial/infomercial without having felt any pain/discomfort prior to this and all of a sudden their brain will make them believe that they need this to avoid the pain/discomfort that they never had top begin with. lol

Actually no clue how that thing actually feels but it might help some females. That thing looks sort of uncomfortable though, at first I thought it might be some sort of pillow but not that cylinder shaped thing. Its probably aimed at the implant market.

I'm a C cup, I sleep on my side, and yes they can get sort of mashed and get pretty uncomfortable. That stupid thing would not help though. I just use a pillow.
