Personally, I don't see what the issue is, so what if they used paid actors in their interview, its not news, its entertainment, all major news networks have been for years.
They are playing to their audiences, just like we do when we build sites and promo tools.
If viewers didn't want to see or hear about all of the gory details, there would be no need for crisis actors.
Because an organization uses these actors does not validate or invalidate the CT crazies claims of hoaxes and setups, if anything it goes to show just how 'boring' the actual news is when these news networks need to hire people to give statements about certain events.
Right or wrong, ultimately it is their business, they can do what they wish.
