    hmmm.. this is a tough one to call..tank has been out of it for awhile.. not sure if he is ready for a fight like this..i was reading an article with dana white from ufc.. he said kimbo in the ufc.. would get hurt..hurt realll bad.. LL

                                  Last I heard Kimbo was training with Bas Rutten, and Bas said Kimbo puts most of his students to shame with his work ethic.
                                  IMO a guy who hits as hard as Kimbo, and then focuses his training enough to get an endorsement like that from "El Guapo" is gonna put Tank into the ground hard.

                                                              Tank has lost his last three fights (all first round knockouts or submissions). He isn't really looking that great with a 7 wins / 13 losses record.

                                                              Plus he only he's only fought 3 times in the last 3 years. I bet he gets destroyed in the first round.

                                                                  Tank Abbot was never a good fighter. Just a heavy hitter. He had zero work ethic and even less actual training. He wasnt that great then, and he definitely isnt that great now.

                                                                  Kimbo, on the other hand is a heavy hitter with a good work ethic, one of the all time greats as a trainer. I think Kimbo will destroy him.

                                                                  Also, to the people talking about Kimbo based on his internet fight videos...that was just him street fighting. Now he's training and being instructed by Bas Rutten. You really can't compare Kimbo then and Kimbo now.

                                                                          I agree that you can't compare Kimbo then and Kimbo now. However, I think that Tank's experience will show in this fight, but I also think his age will too. Tough one to call.

                                                                                              True, I've only seen a pre-trained Kimbo. If he's improved his cardio and all around fighting skills (kicking, ground game), he could very well be a solid MMA fighter.

                                                                                                  True, but they're probably easing Kimbo into MMA fighting slowly instead of throwing the former street fighter to the wolves after some formal training. A fight like this will not only build his portfolio, but will give him some sense as to his level of MMA fighting skills.
