I would to love to run into him at a show, that would be interesting to say the least. He has once again gone silent guess he thinks if he shuts up maybe this will go away. The next step is the legal one for the company. But it changes nothing for me, I want everyone to know what happened and who you may want to think twice about having anything to do with. That was the original intent but it kinda went a bit further,lol. I feel that everyone here has pretty much seen what's going on so on to the next board for those that are not gfy'ers. well, try to contact his bank and let them know you're going to take legal actions and let them know very clearly it's about porn deals. Being in Italy, that will cause some pressure on the bank and they may want to help you just to keep your mouth shut. Otherwise, courts in Italy really don't care much about such petty amounts, it's just "another day in Italy". Makes no sense at all. If the hired guy by simons ripped off sixpack why would he not just give the content and make peace?
For $3500 why not just send sixpack that content? Was it really worth $50,000 and you feel like refunding the $3500 is the better avenue? And if that is the case, why not have refunded the money already?

My take on it... If somebody spoke to me in such an unprofessional manner they can go fuck themselves. Fuck that. Nobody talks to me that way.
If it looks like a deal to good to be true it probably is. You were offered more than 20k worth of content for 3.5k? That would be enough for me to contact the company directly that owns the content. Sending money to some random fuck in another country just seems real stupid.
But again, if I received that kind of communication from somebody I'd just laugh at them.
