this is assumption, maybe it's some terrible terrible joke out of that area,
but if that's a picture of someone actually doing it.. does that mean they heard the joke/reference their entire lives and 'went for it' as some internet joke/monetization/fetish?
and if that's the case, and it's developed into the psyches of the residents, how long has that been going on for?
