I train 5 to 6 days a week, I'm a road biker, these days I train inside, 30min every morning, otherwise I bile 30km(18.5m) back and forth to the office morning/afternoon. A normal biking year for me is about 2500km (1550m), excluding inside training.

I just started riding my bike again after 4 months of not riding. I forgot how much it makes your ass hurt for the first couple of weeks.
