ok, a normal manhunt for the entire city of boston then, 48 square miles, 7.6 million people.
with a crew on the loose willing and able to squirm into groups of women and children and place bombs to kill them.
with implications that they could be 2 of a larger group in the city.

i live in los angeles, 4 blocks from central lapd, it was a massive turnout to get dorner. every cop from san diego to riverside was called in
the lapd was judge jury and executioner with dorner. they fully intended to kill him. that is not the case in boston, they fully intended to get those 2 alive.Comment

I think they used the ridiculous amount of cops and soldiers to try and make a point.
But what I took away from it is...the govt. is getting very scared and very nervous.
If anything I hope that the overblown show of force will keep any copycats from doing the same shit.
And now that I think about it...everytime I see some soccer mom in a van with her kids get pulled over for doing 35 in a 30 mph speed zone, it seems like it takes 3 police cars to pull in so the poor woman can get a fucking speeding ticket!
So yeah, 10,000 to catch one guy sounds about right. lol-Robbie
