yes, obviously don't trust the police, i agree and when i deal with the police i keep that in mind, and act accordingly.

at the same time we live in a society with rules, we need some sort of organization to make sure 750 million people don't shit and piss all over each other, i am glad the authorities are here and sophisticated enough to get to the bottom of it.

I must have missed the start of the trial, which would have occurred after they were arrested and arraigned. Damn, that "right to a speedy trial" thing is taken pretty seriously if the dude is already in front of the court and having the evidence presented.
