                I got for example one small blog with alexa rank 27-45,000, and it got 2500-3500 uniques. Alexa is very inaccurate but shows some stuff. 1500 uniques is very low traffic. Anyway, allways check ppast week alexa rank, not 3 month, cause it's not good for new sites that "might be" growing.
