Switzerland would be nice, I'm not sure though. Haven't been to too many places in Europe, I've only been once. Although, Spain seems like a pretty cool place to live. Plus you get to take a nap in the middle of the day, doesn't get much better than that.

the snow line going up into the mountains outside Sacramento, you get snow, heat, clean air, and the benifits of living in california, other than that, I'm thinking Rio as the owner of a strip bar, I don't know why?Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

The weather is great, like Florida without the hurricanes and humidity.
I like the Spanish as well, but there are lots of Ex Pats around if I 'need' to speak English.
Its sooooo cheap compared to the big cities like London or Paris.
