Don't you get frustrated?

Its alot worse in mainstream, some are as young as 12!

I'm noticing more of what seems like chinese spammers actually... lol

Disregarding that, and jumping onto the more general topic:

I used to get frustrated quite easily and often, with the whole issue of having a lot ahead to 'break through' to reach goals I set for myself...

Well, after a while I found myself down the shitter mood wise etc.; turned out I had had a real depression growing on me for *years*...
So... I got on a SSRI treatment (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor), and things started getting better enough for me to use my mind more constructively.

(BTW: Those who aren't/haven't been diagnosed with a clinical depression don't really understand what it is.. It's NOT just "feeling down" & wallowing in it, it's a lot more.)


Now, all this blabber about a personal thing, utlimately leads to my point here:

FUCK any resistance You meet! Seeing it is OK, but bothering about it gets You NOWHERE...
You JUST DO what leads to results, even if only eventually and slowly... Just DO IT!
