If you have any babes, softcore, bikini, solo girl, nude traffic, or any mainstream wallpaper, screensavers traffic, or any free traffic just add a big fat banner right in the middle of your side. After the first craze is gone (when all you returning visitors saw it), it'll be time to switch to a more reasonable size.

Here are a few exemples:

If you have porn traffic, I recommend you don't replace your current sponsors by Virtuagirl but you rather add a small banner or a button to monetize the part of your traffic that is interested by softcore.
