took 2 racks babybacks, sprinkled with Santa Maria rub, set 2 hours. dusted with chili powder and black pepper injected with Martinelli's Sparkling Cider mixed with a touch of hot sauce and whisky maple syrup. spread chipotle mustard on top put in the smoker at 200 deg. going 2 hours open... 1 hours wrapped in foil with the AJ splashed in there, then grill low for nice bark. make sure and get the silver skin off before you do anything else..
