The park bench, someone was standing on it, in first pic. Appears he had a backpack on in first picture but second picture it's hard to tell if he still had it on. It was a low resting backpack, and it's hard to see any straps on the second pic.
The news is still saying they are holding a Saudi national that was likely here on a student visa and they have already searched his apartment as well as questioned two others, as well as took their passports.
They were also saying it was a low tech bomb made of black power.. so no high grade explosives or anything hard to get.
