                                                          Personally I find it is Extremely distracting.

                                                          Its just too much, the bright white and big font just idistracts from trying to read the threads.
                                                          I noticed a big drop off of new threads in the BuyandSell forum in the last week or so, I don't know if these ads have anything to do with it but it cant be helping.

                                                          I would at least tone down the bright white.
