    Do you have a good, bad, or average sales day today ? (Superbowl Sunday)

    Today is Superbowl Sunday, one of those days that ranks high on the list of days that lots of people say that no one will buy porn. I predict a few posts being made tonight by people who happened to have a bad day blaming it on the superbowl. It happens every year. Some people think it is imposible to make money on superbowl sunday.

    Ask yourself, do you believe that the superbowl affects your sales? I am curious how many of you who really think this and those of you who do, will you come back and admit that you had a good day. Because if you believe in crap like the superbowl causing your stats to go to shit that day then if you actually have a good or average day doesn't that completely destroy your logic?

                                                          my point is that the people who bitch that they have a bad day and blame it on stuff like the superbowl are ignorant and just looking for an excuse. If 9 out of 10 people said their sales went to shit on a specific day then I would believe that something caused that to happen.

                                                          What you will see from this poll and people posting is that similar amount of people will have a good day as will have a bad day today. Proving that the superbowl does not affect sales. The people who have bad days as just having a bad day, not everyone can have a better than average day every day, its not possible. But 90% of the people who have a bad day will blame it on the superbowl or something else

                                                                          you need to ask programs that are doing 100+ sales a day. You can't go by people on GFY that do 5 sales here and there. If you had a program doing that much then you could look at it. No I am not one of them LOL. My day was good today which is why you can't go by the little guys.

                                                                                  it doesn't matter. If 50 people from GFY reply and 25 are having a good day and 25 aren't that is enough of a sample size. If 4 people replied that would be a different story.

                                                                                  I make a lot more than 5 sales a day. I actually had a good last 2 hours, which was during the superbowl. I had 10 signups during the second half of the game to just clickcash and most of my traffic is US.

Sites that I have that are 100% SE traffic and generally consitant within 100 uniques a day show a 20% drop today, and I'm guessing will be back to normal tomorrow. Explain that (without resorting to on this specific day of the year after a year of consitant results they went to some other guy's site so he has way more traffic today).

                                                                                                  You made this same argument a few months ago but in a broader sense - that there were no such thing as slow weeks/months/seasons. So I'll point out again that just because YOU don't see trends with your sales doesn't mean the rest of the entire adult world is the same.

                                                                                                  That's as illogical and ignorant as what you're suggesting. Just think about it for awhile and probably it will come to you, you're a pretty smart guy.

                                                                                                          check the poll and comments posted here, i am not the only one that had an average or above average day today. a lot more people had an average or above average day then people who had a bad day, and that says a lot because the nature of people is to bitch and most posted that they did good or great today.
