from my experience scenario 2 does better especially if you have a good looking tranny (did I just say that) and a hot female model getting fucked by the tranny.

scenario 1 tends to be real niche specific it can do good but depends on your traffic...

As a straight male I have seen some tranny on girl content, especially with Belladonna, that I found to be pretty fucking hot. On the flip side I have zero interest in seeing tranny on guy content.

That being said, when I ran adult bookstores I noticed that the preference was always on tranny on guy tapes and DVD's, even amongst customers that generally rented only straight titles, not to mention they were popular with the gay/bisexual customers...
