Safe to say Ledgers "masseuse" was really a hooker
So now it's coming out that Heath Ledger's "masseuse" was never licensed by the state to be a masseuse, and was never licensed in CPR, like all masseuse are required to be in new York.
A hooker is what she was, not a masseuse.
And now she is facing JAIL TIME for practicing without a license. LOL
