Looking for freelancers- need resumes. (main-stream)

Hello I'm Fred I've just started my own web consulting business. I have a lot of people interested already and will be needing to sub-contract out various aspects of web design and various tedious tasks, mostly GRAPHICS. I write excellent scripts, but often fall short on making things look nice. I'll be needing everything so please include everything on your resume. Tell me what you're BEST at, and show me examples.

I'm also looking for mostly mainstream work, so give me your Mainstream resume plz. If you'd like to, go ahead and hit me with your erhmm.. other one. ;)

send your resume to [email protected] and I will keep it on file. if I need workers I will contact those lucky few with what I need, when I need it. This is not a job and I reserve the right not to contact anyone.

Graphic designers, CSS writers, content writers, submitters, SEOs, SEMs, script writers/owners/users, bloggers- you deal with stuff on the internet I'll probably have a need down the road.

bumps will be paid at the rate of (2 cents) per bump*, with a minimum payment of $1.00*, paid by paypal.

no joke.

*bump must be no sooner than 1 minute after previous bump to count.
*must reach minimum payment before a payment is sent, earnings less than $1.00 will be forfeit.

I read something like this and I think, first "Who does this guy think he is?" and second, "Who would want to work for him?" You have not mentioned anyting at all about salaries, yet you think that the person you select is supposed to consider him or herself lucky.

You give me what you're good at, I make you an offer when I need you to do a small piece of work, you take it, or you leave it. We negotiate the cost, you do the job, I pay you, and if I liked your work I call you again when I need you again. I'll mention a salary when it comes to that point.

sry J. I'm used to people taking jabs at me thinking I'm too young, too lazy, or whatever reason they have for criticizing me. If you say it's all good I tend to agree with you

thanks every1 for the resumes and please keep them coming. if you don't have a resume send whatever information you have to [email protected]

I'll keep every single piece of mail, and refer clients to designers or sub out work on a job to job basis. You may not get contacted but it's certainly no reason not to submit.
