    Just blew my knee out - Working out what to do next...

    I have just done something major to my knee - Scream out loud pain - Made it back to my chair but that's it - Not sure if I should call an ambulance or wait until my GP opens in a few hours....

    I have taken a couple of Ibuprofen that I had in the drawer - I guess I will see if that kicks in...

    OUCH!!!

                  Bed is a long 2 flights of stairs down, not going to happen - Just found a blue pill in the drawer - Pretty sure its Valium - That will at least relax me a bit...

                  I am going to do what every 42 year old man (after he has told GFY) does when he is in pain - I'm going to call my mum!

                                      My knee just went 'crunch' - I screamed and then it was OK - Glad I didn't call the ambulance - I would have felt a right old drama queen....

                                          acl is common problem in men over 40. If it's not that then give it 10 days be careful it will heal

                                              I thought it might be my acl at first - but it was defiantly a bone thing - That noise could only have been bone....
