Not exactly in most states where age of consent is 16 it only applies to certain male adults. A 40 year old can not fuck a 16 year old in most states even if the age of consent is 16.
For example in my state an adult male can legally fuck a 16 years old as long as he not more than 4 years( 48 months ) older than her. So if she's 16 years and 4 months as long as he's 20 and 4 months it's legal. 20 years and months he goes to jail. So legally in my state no males over 21 can fuck a minor girl unless she's married to him. I haven't seen a case in my state where some dude has been prosecuted for fucking a 17 year old even if he was much older. I guess they figure she'll be 18 soon and can fuck whoever wants anyways.Comment
