    Opening up Server Port to resolve Flash Issue?

    Just curious, I have my port set to 10mbps, if I reconfigure to 100mbps, will that alone, resolve buffering on flash movies?!? Just learning server stuff, so be nice.

      depends on how much traffic you pushing on the server.

      no one really does 10mbps ports anymore unless your getting super cheap servers.

              too many variables are there.
              like filesize,how many active surfers at a given point.

              you can always try upgrading port and see if it helps.

              check your stats log if its hitting the port speed which is 10 mbps in your case , if yes then you should upgrade e to 100 mbps

                      I always left that stuff up to the programmer and host. If you are having issues just send me an email with the issues... my guys will take care of you. The biggest term I hear with HD footage and streaming... *bottle knecked*
