Pertaining to Iraq...niether Obama or Hillery will take our troops out of Iraq nor will any other President. Now both will probably reduce the number of troops over a period of time...but our troops are there to stay. We have troops in various numbers in around 90 countries and have significant numbers of troops in Germany...Japan and Korea...all wars that ended more than a half century ago.
