They got fined with a penalty? Never heard anything about that and all their hardware has been returned from what I read.

However they bought new hardware right away after the raid and loaded their backups on the new servers. :/

As someone who has faced a judge for porn, it should relate, I can tell you any fine today is just the first step. When the re offend and go before a judge again it's an easier case to win and the fines are bigger and prison terms longer. Judges hate people who don't learn their lesson.

Not sure if anyone has done any estimated math. Like how much traffic per day approx does the site get that way we can figure out how much the average PB member is even worth.

This alone could scare enough would be tube owners away from thinking piles of cash and millions of hits when they can see some cold numbers of the largest content theft site out there.

Seriously you can almost tell whom among gfy is starting up or attempting to start a new tube style site. Legit or not does not really matter much though, its a big trend catching on and soon will be like the joke that everyone has at least 10 tgps or 10 blogs and so forth. Just more free content saturation. Well at least the legit ones are not stealing yet, but we all know soon they will want something and presto bring on the installs, toolbars, viruses, ect.
