The problem South Korea faces can be likened to a family dealing with a troublesome relative who comes as around from time to time, causing trouble, annoying the neighbors and getting drunk on the porch until you pay them to leave. Problem here is the troublesome relative has 10 kids that no one wants to be responsible for. It is a dilemma for sure.
