If you want advice on fish dude, you have my icq ;) I used to breed Firemouth cichlids, zebrafish, jack dempseys, redbelly pirhanas, all different kinds of freshwaters...
I can help you out.
And yes, cichilds are agressive.
Trick is to put htem with something a) not in the cichlid family and b) not shaped like they are.
